Senior Center Classes


Intermediate Line Dancing
This class is designed for those who are very experienced, who know most of the line dance terminology and step combinations, and have learned several line dances before. Dances taught are typically 64-96 steps.

Improver Lane Dancing 

This class is suited for those who know basic line dance terminology, are familiar with the basic steps, and have learned several dances before. In this class you will learn to dance to tempos and rhythms such as waltz and rumba.

Beginning Line Dancing
This class is suited for those who may have experience with social dancing, but no prior lessions. Each class includes a review of previous dances, a warm up, learning a new dance, and enjoying dances learned previously.

Chair Yoga
Come enjoy chair yoga where you will learn yoga postures and "flows" while sitting in a chair and/or standing next to a chair. Learn yogie breath work, gain flexibility and strength!

Book Discussion Club
The Rohnert Park Senior Center in partnership with the Rohnert Park Cotati Regional Library will be hosting a free monthly book club discussion group. 
Date: Continuous. 3rd Thursday of each month

Santa Rosa Junior College Older Adults Program 
The Rohnert Park Senior Center is fortunate to have a partnership with the Santa Rosa Junior College Older Adults Program. The program offers FREE courses which are designed specifically for older adults.
