CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) ADVISORY NOTICE

The Rohnert Park City Council welcomes your attendance, interest and participation at its regular meetings scheduled on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 5:00 p.m. Consistent with Government Code section 54953, and in light of the declared state of emergency and the recent surge in COVID-19 infections due to the omicron variant, the Regular Meeting will not be physically open to the public and all City Council Members will be teleconferencing into the meeting via Zoom.

To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of the public are encouraged to observe the meeting on Cable Channel 26 or on this page.

PUBLIC COMMENTS DURING MEETING:
Members of the Public can provide live public comment at the meeting. Comments are limited to three minutes per appearance with a maximum allowance of 30 minutes allotted per comment period, subject to modification by the City Council in accordance with the adopted City Council Protocols. Please see our meeting agenda for details on how to join the meeting via zoom and provide live comment. 

Members of the public may also provide advanced comments by email at [email protected]. The emails will be not be read for the record but will be provided to Council. Please note that all e-mails sent to the City Council are considered to be public records and subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act.
