The City of Rohnert Park partnered with Coro Northern California to offer two highly successful classes of Leadership Rohnert Park in 2019 and 2022.
This year, we are partnering with the City of Cotati to bring you a joint leadership program - Pathways to Leadership!
Pathways to Leadership aims to cultivate local leaders through hands-on, collaborative, cross-sector learning. The no-cost program will take participants on an eight-session, full-day journey over the course of seven months.
Graduates will come away from the Pathways to Leadership program with knowledge, confidence, tools, and networks to accelerate positive change in the community.
Participants will develop self-awareness, critical thinking, communication, inclusion, collaboration, and empowered professionalism while learning about the local economy, the education system, land use and planning, community engagement, public safety, and environmental issues.
As each session is based on the knowledge, skills, interviews, and experience gained in previous sessions, 100% attendance is expected. Session dates are full-days (9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), as follows:
