The City utilizes consultant, professional, design and engineering services on many of its projects. The CIP document provides a list of CIP projects for which such services may potentially be solicited through a Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

Request for Proposals (RFP)

Request for Proposals for 2025 Citywide Pavement Preventative Maintenance Project, Project No. 2023-01

The City seeks proposals for design of the 2025 Citywide Pavement Preventative Maintenance Project and engineering administration services associated costs during construction.

The project is generally described as a citywide pavement preventative maintenance project. Pavement preventative maintenance treatments for this project include:

  • Crack Seal
  • Slurry Seal
  • Slurry Seal with Crack Seal
  • Cape Seal
  • 3" Overlay with Reinforcing Mat

The locations and proposed treatments for the project are more particularly described in Attachment A. Locations with Cape Seal or Overlay treatments will require Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) pedestrian access curb-ramp evaluation for possible replacement.
