Characters Alive! - A daytime class for teens
Ages 13-17

Perfect for the homeschool or online learning teen who wants to hone their acting skills during a conveniently scheduled daytime class. Through exercises and scene work students will build confidence on stage and develop a more commanding onstage presence. Experience camaraderie as you work with a scene partner guided by a supportive teacher.

The Impossible Dream-
Exploring “the quest” with song, sharing and discussion
For Adults

A unique workshop for adults developed around the classic song "The Impossible Dream" from The Man of La Mancha. Featuring a live performance from William O'Neill of the San Francisco Opera and lyric analysis lead by Music Therapist Maureen O'Neill. Explore the story of Don Quixote and its relevance to our lives today.

Fantasy on Stage!
Ages 8-12

Dive into the world of fantasy by exploring characters from classic fantastical stories. Perfect for young actors of all levels. Develop self-expression through movement, theater games and character study. Create your own rich characters in exercises like "The magic carpet ride." Create a strong ensemble by building stories together. Final class ends with a small share-formance for family and friends.

Master the Audition
Ages 12-17
Baffled by monologues? Bewildered by cold reads? Bothered by headshots? Have we got the class for you! Explore simple techniques to help new and experienced actors improve their audition so they can land that coveted role. Through fun games and exercises, actors learn how to create characters that jump off the page and wow the director as well as how to choose a monologue that’s right for them. Master the cold read so you can show off your stuff. Lose those nerves and have fun at your next audition! Final class includes a mock audition with a guest director.
