Public Safety Main Lobby Improvements and Interior Paint and Floor Replacement Project
The work is described generally as replacing the front counter windows and cabinetry with bullet resistant paneling in the main lobby, and interior painting and floor replacement throughout the three floors of the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety Building. The Contractor must have a valid California contractor's license, a Class B license.  The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $350,000.

A mandatory prebid conference will be held at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety, located at 500 City Center Drive Rohnert Park, CA 94928. Attendance at the prebid conference is mandatory for all prime contractors submitting a bid. For those who have attended the prebid conference, additional site visits can be scheduled if the City is notified 24 hours in advance.
