HOW ARE CLASSES TAUGHT? - Classes will be taught either live through the video conferencing program Zoom (instructions will be sent to participants) or will be through video(s) posted on YouTube.

DO I NEED TO SIGN UP AND IS THERE A COST? - Most classes will require pre-registration. Registration is done by clicking the Virtual Class Registration link above. Depending on the class some will be offered free of charge and others will be offered for a small fee. See individual class information below for more information.

Tribal Style Belly Dance

Virtual Voice-Over Workshop

In what could be the most enlightening ONLINE class you’ve ever taken, our instructor and professional voice coach will show you how you can actually begin using your speaking voice for commercials, films, videos, and more. Most people go about it the wrong way. In this introductory class, you will learn about a unique, outside the box way to break into this creative, fulfilling, and potentially lucrative industry. Voice-overs can be managed on your own terms, on your own turf, in your own time, and with minimal overhead! Whether you choose to pursue voice-overs part-time or full-time, this could be the game changer you’ve been looking for. In addition to online instruction, you will be given the opportunity to book a 1-on-1 script read and voice evaluation via telephone with your instructor for the following day.

Hawaiian Modern Hula for Beginners

Hawaiian modern hula for beginners to study this graceful, relaxing, enjoyable, spiritual dance through movement, learning about the Hawaiian culture and history of this special artistic expression. Specifically, learn foot, hip, body, and hand movements, embellished with expression by connecting music with total body movements. In six weeks, learn 2 modern hulas.

Please be sure to have enough space where you have room to stand and show at least ¾ of their body so instructor can see head, hands over the head, body and most of leg—at least to the knees to make sure correct movements are being done. Wearing a large scarf tied around hips (or a pa’u skirt) is highly recommended.

Warrior Strength

WARRIOR Strength is a brand new innovative fitness format composed of two 30 minute classes with a fire playlist that will get you moving! Best of all, all classes are held virtually so you can get active from the comfort of your home. Be sure to have the following equipment with you for every class: yoga mat, light/medium weight dumbbells, sliders or paper plates, a water bottle and towel.

Cardio Workout: In six challenging stations, this 30 minute HIIT class will scorch calories! With an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning, this class is all about maximal caloric expenditure in a short amount of time. Cardio Countdown follows a consistent formula that makes these 30 minutes fly by!

Yoga with Regina

Gentle Yoga Flow: A wonderful, gentle yoga class suitable for all levels. Gentle yoga is a slow paced class designed to help you decompress and unwind after a long day. We flow with each inhale and exhale of the breath to support a deep connection to ourselves and our bodies, while bringing the nervous system back to a relaxed state. Yoga for Beginners: In this class we’ll cover the fundamentals of yoga, including key alignment principles, basic yogic philosophy, and breathing techniques. This class seeks to build a strong foundation in the body by taking a slow approach to ensure proper technique and alignment are achieved. This class is suitable for all levels and perfect for anyone new to yoga. Don’t forget your yoga mat and water!

Children's Pre Ballet and Tap Ages 3&4

VIRTUAL CLASS: Class will be held through Zoom. Meeting ID & password will be sent via email before class begins.

This on-line class is a Parent and Me participation class. Your child will learn essential dance technique and musicality as they act and dance stories. We will listen to and count the rhythms of different forms of music and they will learn how to stretch, balance, use their imagination and improvise while having lots of fun and movement.  Our goal is to inspire the love of dance in your child through joyous instruction and help them discover their own love of movement.  Instructor: Petaluma School of Ballet

Develop a love of dance by trained dancers who have studied at the San Francisco Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Berkeley Ballet Theatre, and Ballet West with over 15 years of teaching experience. Children are taught basic ballet and tap movement through song and storytelling. We use a variety of music to enhance musical rhythms by clapping and listening, using stretching and improvisation while having lots of fun. Instructor: Petaluma School of Ballet

Children are taught basic ballet movement. They will dance and pretend as they act out stories using dance movement. We use a variety of music to enhance musical rhythms by clapping and listening, using stretching and improvisation while having lots of fun. Let us share our love of dance with your youngster! Play-Well TEKnologies

Winter Wonderland Adventures using LEGO (Ages 5 – 10):
Bundle up, Play-Well programs are going virtual this Winter! Tap into your imagination from the comfort of your own home with the guidance of an experienced Play-Well instructor and simple pieces from your own LEGO® collection - all while connecting virtually with other young LEGO® engineers! Explore your creative boundaries and learn new building techniques while creating a range of winter-inspired builds, all with a focus on open-ended projects that do not require special LEGO® pieces. Zoom meeting ID & password will be sent prior to class start date/time.

Create & Learn

Virtual Scratch Ninja (Ages 5 – 10): This class uses Scratch, a coding platform developed by MIT, as a tool to teach core computer science and coding concepts such as loop, conditional, motion, and sensing. Students will also work on a project in each session ranging from animation, games, to graphic design and storytelling, etc. The class employs a variety of interesting topics to teach logical thinking and inspire creativity, so your kids are not only learning but also creating starting from day. Kids will be challenged to be creative and solve tough problems while learning the deeper computer science concepts. Zoom information will be emailed prior to the start of class.

Virtual Junior Robotics (Ages 5 – 10): This brand new Junior Robotics class will teach students how coding is used in robotics through fun, hands-on projects.
