The Community Development Commission of the City of Rohnert Park (CDCRP) provides various types of housing programs and assistance for very low to moderate income households by making funds available for housing rehabilitation loans, as well as providing funds, by way of bonds or grants, to building low income apartment complexes and facilities. The CDCRP also provides funds to local Sonoma County agencies who assist those at risk of becoming homeless or provide housing for the disabled.
