The purpose of the Mobile Home Parks Rent Appeals Board is to ensure that the Mobile Home Ordinance is administered fairly for both mobile home park residents and park owners. Mobilehome park owners and residents may file space rent petitions. If a petition is filed, the Board serves as a quasi-judicial body that issues rulings on the space rent issue. Implementation of the Mobile Home Ordinance and the conduct of Board meetings are governed by the Board's Rules and Regulations. Meetings: First Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber. (Regular meetings are televised live on Channel 26.)
