SCWMA PUBLIC SCOPING MEETING - 11/7/2012

The Sonoma County Waste Management Agency (SCWMA) intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for a proposed regulation promoting a uniform program for reducing waste by decreasing the use of single use carryout bags. SCWMA is conducting a series of four public scoping meetings to take comments related to the scope of the environmental issues to be analyzed within the draft EIR.
