City of Rohnert Park utility customers can make their payments in several ways: Cash, Check, MasterCard or Visa credit card, ACH (Automatic Clearing House), and online internet payments.

Payment Programs

ACH (Automatic Clearing House)

The City of Rohnert Park is pleased to offer Automatic Clearing House payments for your City utility bills.  If you choose to have this service, our bank will now be able to debit your checking or savings bank account for your water/sewer bill at NO CHARGE.  All accounts will be debited on the fifteenth (15) day, or the next business day, of the even months for the bi-monthly amount due.

A service fee of $25.00 will be charged on any direct payment returned unpaid.

The following application should be completed with a VOIDED CHECK ATTACHED if you wish to select this service.  Please complete and return the form with current billing and FULL PAYMENT, to: City of Rohnert Park, Utility Department – ACH, P.O. Box 1489, Rohnert Park, CA 94927-1489.  Your deductions will begin on the next billing cycle. If you have any questions, please call the Utility Department at (707) 585-6750. Online Internet Payments

The City of Rohnert Park is pleased to offer Internet Payments for your City utility bills.  Online internet payments provide customers the ability to view their utility bills over a secure Internet connection and make payments at their convenience.  Customers have the ability to view comprehensive up to date account information, billing, and payment history, in addition to printing out an invoice and make a payment.
